Introducing the Quantum Black Protocol: McKinsey’s Analytic Solution

The Quantum Black Protocol (QB Protocol) is a powerful suite of analytic tools designed to streamline and accelerate analytics engagements for McKinsey teams. Created to be the fastest and most efficient way for teams to execute key activities, the QB Protocol provides a structured, scalable methodology that drives consistency, reduces risk, and enhances the overall quality of analytics work.

Our goal with the Quantum Black Protocol was threefold:

1. Educate: Equip McKinsey clients, staff, and analytic practitioners with a clear understanding of what the QB Protocol is, how it works, and the benefits it brings to their projects.

2. Enable: Provide teams with the resources to easily request and integrate the QB Protocol into their engagements, including access to FAQs, user testimonials, tutorials, and demo options.

3. Support: Ensure ongoing support through accessible tutorials, a feedback mechanism, and a clear path to troubleshooting and assistance.

By incorporating features such as FAQs, testimonials, and comprehensive tutorials, we have built a platform that not only drives adoption but empowers teams to leverage the Quantum Black Protocol to its full potential. This structure supports McKinsey’s scalable methodology, reinforcing a consistent, high-quality approach to analytics that aligns with the firm’s objectives.

What we’re solving
